Chabad Your Town has never charged membership and never will. Every Jew belongs the moment they walk in. But the Shabbat dinners, the Hebrew School, the holiday programs and the quiet help nobody hears about all cost money, and there is no head office paying for them. Every Chabad House is funded by its own community. That means us, and it means you.
Why monthly
Chai is eighteen, and eighteen dollars a month is the whole idea. A monthly gift lets us plan a Hebrew School year in August, say yes to a family we met on Tuesday, and stop depending on one dinner a year. Give more if you can. Never feel you are giving too little.

Where it goes
Straight into Your Town. Nothing leaves the community. Your partnership funds the Shabbat table, the Hebrew School scholarship, the Purim party, the hospital visit, and whatever this year brings that we cannot predict.
What is the Chai Club?
The families who give Chabad Your Town a monthly gift so the budget stops depending on one gala. Every program here runs on its partners.
Is there a minimum?
Eighteen dollars a month. Chai. Give more if you can; give eighteen with a full heart and you are a partner like everyone else.
Can I change or cancel?
Any time, from your own account page or with one email. Your giving adjusts from the next month.
Is it tax-deductible?
Fully. Chabad Your Town is a registered 501(c)(3). You receive a receipt for every charge and a summary each January.
Who sees my name?
Only what you choose. Tick the box when you join and your family’s name takes a place on the partners wall; leave it and your giving stays between us.
Can I give once instead?
Of course. There is a one-time gift page too. Monthly is simply the gift that lets us plan.
