Model Matzah Bakery
Kids became bakers for a day — grinding wheat, rolling dough, and racing the eighteen-minute clock at a blazing brick oven. The matzah came home; the flour stayed on everything.
Purim Hamantaschen Bake
Hundreds of hamantaschen — apricot, chocolate, and the sprinkle-dipped ones that never made it home. Baked, filled, folded and delivered as mishloach manos across town.
